At Sensumen, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with every purchase of our projectors, keyboards, mice, and audio equipment. We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, this Refund Policy outlines the process and conditions for returns and refunds.

Eligibility & Timeframe

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be:

  • In its original, unopened packaging with all seals, tags, and accessories intact.
  • In new, unused, and resalable condition.
  • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order number/invoice).

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and copyright reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • Software, digital downloads, or items where the license key has been revealed.
  • Personalized or custom-configured products.
  • Products with broken seals on hygiene-sensitive parts (e.g., certain in-ear audio products).

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Request: Contact our support team at [email protected] within the eligible period. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for shipping the item back to us.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely package the item, including all original contents, and ship it to the address we provide. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped) or a defective product.

Inspection & Refund

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to verify its condition.

  • If the return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after the processing is complete.
  • The refund will be for the purchase price of the product. Original shipping fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
  • If the item does not meet our return conditions, it may be sent back to you, and a refund will not be issued.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a prepaid return label for you and expedite a replacement or full refund, including any shipping charges.
