We currently offer one reliable shipping option: Standard Shipping. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.

Shipping Destinations & Times

We ship to most international destinations. Delivery times for Standard Shipping vary by location and typically range from 7 to 21 business days after dispatch. Please note these are estimates and not guarantees, as transit times can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of your order. There is currently no minimum order value for free shipping. The final shipping fee will be displayed clearly before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number on the carrier's website to monitor your package's journey.

Customs, Duties, & Taxes

For international orders, please be aware that your country may impose import duties, taxes, or customs fees. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of order. Sensumen is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Damaged or Lost Packages
