By accessing and using our website located at sensumen.com (the "Site") and purchasing our products (Projectors, Keyboards, Mice, Audio equipment, and related items), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sensumen, its directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site or products purchased, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to Sensumen for the product(s) giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the event causing liability.
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, etc.) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
Intellectual Property Protection
All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall "look and feel," is the property of Sensumen or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
- Trademarks: "Sensumen" and all related logos, product names, and designs are trademarks or trade dress of Sensumen. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
- License: We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and make personal, non-commercial use of the Site. This license does not permit any resale, derivative use, or downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant.
- User Content: If you submit any reviews, comments, or other content, you grant Sensumen a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, modify, publicly display, and distribute such content in any media.
Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Sensumen. Please review our policy below.
- Eligibility for Returns: Products must be returned in their original condition: unused, unopened (with original seals intact), and in the original packaging with all accessories and documentation. A valid proof of purchase is required.
- Return Window: You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a refund or exchange.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as software licenses, opened personal care items, or clearly labeled final sale products, may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
